Supremely satisfying and lovely... just like Mom. Hint. Gorgeous notes of field strawberry and some subtle smoke on a long, refreshing finish. Mouth-watering and crisp with some orange citrus lift on the mid-palate. Some kind of wonderful. Pair with shellfish.

Rosé Champagne food pairings: turkey sandwiches, veal tenderloin, light fruit pastries.

Reviews and Ratings

Rachelle O'Connor rated this wine as 94/100 with the following review:

Pretty in the glass with a subtle pink color. There are hints of strawberry and candied apricots. The palate is delicate with hints of kissed red fruit, very easy drinking!
Matt Steeves - Certified Sommelier rated this wine as 91/100 with the following review:

Sweet field strawberries, candied orange peel, and almond croissant on the nose. It's surprisingly fruity and easy-going on the palate with a delicate subtle and short lived finish. For those that don't like the extra dry style of Champagne this would be right up your alley! Enjoy while toasting those special occasions in your life. Tasted November 2015. 91+ points. Matt Steeves - www.quercusvino.ca
In 1775, Veuve Clicquot exported the first two bottles of Rose Champagne. Made from the best grapes of the vintage, offers fresh field berries and deep minerality. Medium-bodied, crisp and fresh yet the depth of some age. Long finish. - Community Wine Reviews
