Reviews and Ratings

Jon Steeves - Sommelier rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

This is a crowd-pleasing, fruit-forward red, a great wine for Autumn braised meat dishes, root vegetable stews. Medium-bodied, medium-plus acidity, ripe blackberry and dark plum, dark cherry fruit, medium-plus tannins, chewy mouthfeel. Enjoyed with Belizian pork tenderloin tacos. @jonsteeves rated 89/100 - tasted Sept 2016
The southern Italian wine region of Puglia is home to the Tormaresca winery established by the Antinori family in 1999. The 2013 vintage of the robust Primitivo Torcicoda hails from a cooler vintage. - Community Wine Review

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
