Reviews and Ratings

Jenny Ratcliffe-Wright CWM rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

A fruit forward blend of Cab Sav, Cab Franc and Merlot that has been aged in a combo of French and American oak. Bursting with cherry and strawberry fruit, it has a slightly herby finish of rosemary and fresh mint. Try with soft polenta, blue cheese and red wine beef. @wrightwineblog
Linda Mertes WSET 2 rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

A Niagara Bordeaux blend of cabernet sauvignon, cabernet franc and merlot, Dusty black fruit and currants on the nose and palate. The oak is evident in the leather, spice and cocoa notes. An herbal, medium-length finish. Beef or lamb would pair well.
From the Beamsville Bench, Niagara Escarpment wine region, Thirty Bench Winemaker's Blend 2017 is a medium-plus-bodied Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot red wine blend produced by winemaker, Emma Garner, Winemaker's Blend. Juicy, rich and smooth with fresh ripe raspberry, cherry, cocoa flavours smooth on the palate with a lingering vanilla and oak spice finish. Pair with lamb kebabs and gourmet burgers. - Community Wine Reviews
