Beautiful Niagara rosé, Aromas of tart field strawberries and tiny raspberries. Rhubarb-cranberry with sour cherry notes. Bone-dry and refreshing. Mouth-watering, racy acidity for seafood and roasted chicken. Love it!

Rosé food pairings: lox and capers, grilled salmon steak, fresh fruit, veggies, pasta primavera.

Reviews and Ratings

Craig Haynes - WSET3 FWS SWS IWS rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

This 2020 Thirty Bench offered pleasing, fresh aromas reminiscent of just picked cranberries and strawberries with tasty juicy flavours from the red berry and red apple universe.

From Ontario’s Niagara Peninsula appellation, this copper hued creation feels medium bodied, pleasantly refreshing and downright dry. It hit the spot today.

I served this with green olives and vegetable chips. I liked the pairing, so I’ll do it again.
