From the Niagara Peninsula wine region, The Foreign Affair 2022 Amarosé is a rich and vibrant, full-bodied rosé made in the appassimento style. Amarose is a lush blend with dried skins and lees contact. Appasimento is a famous wine making method from the Veneto wine region, but Amarose is uniquely Canadian with concentrated strawberry, cherry, raspberry and watermelon flavours on the palate. Pour with grilled salmon burgers.

Amarosé food pairings: mild curry dishes, white turkey meat, fish tacos, salads.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
