Love this style! Fleshy ripe raspberries yet not jammy. Dark spices and intrigue and a wonderfully seductive velvet texture. Full-bodied but not heavy.

Pinot Noir food pairings: veal medallions, lamb in a red wine sauce.

Reviews and Ratings

Gil rated this wine as 92/100 with the following review:

Cadeau M Gauthier coiffeur
The Dundee Hills region of Willamette Valley is known for its red, iron-rich soil. This makes the vines happy as iron is an important requisite for photosynthesis. Earth, cherry, strawberry-rhubarb, woodsmoke and a sprinkle of brown sugar make up the aromas here. Dry, with ripe succulent fruit, bright acidity and gentle tannins. Finishes with a smoky flourish.
