Reviews and Ratings

Heather Wall - CS; WSET Advanced rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

CWSA Double Gold Best Value wine. Deep ruby with some slow moving legs on the glass. Plenty of juicy black fruit, leather, coffee, prune, blackcurrant leaf, mint and baking spices. The tannins are evident but not overpowering while the acidity is cleansing and balanced. The length on this full-bodied wine is long with cherry syrup finish. A hit at your next BBQ.
Tasted: May 2015
Serafino (Steve) Maglieri arrived in Australia from Italy in 1966 as a teenager. Together with his father Giovanni he planted the first vines in the McLaren Vale. The winery is now run by his daughter Maria Maglieri. Polished tannins and finish on this wine. - Community Wine Reviews

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
