Reviews and Ratings

Trevor Sabourin - Certified Sommelier rated this wine as 91/100 with the following review:

This seems to show a noticeable botrytis character. Light gold in color. Lovely aromas of honey, orange blossom, pineapple, ripe peach, apricot jam, candied grapefruit, ginger, and orange zest, along with just a bit of rose and lychee. Hits the palate with loads of honey and apricot jam, but soon turns less sweet, with pineapple, ripe pink grapefruit, gala apple, white pepper and ginger. Honeyed and rich on the palate, but still bright and clean thanks to high acidity. Very good length, finishing with ripe peach, lemon, white pepper, and honey. Delicious!
This medium sweet German Gewürztraminer Spätlese features aromas of baking spice, lychee, rose petal, honey, clementine and ginger zest. Pair with spicy dishes or sweet and sour chicken or pork. - Community Wine Reviews

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
