Reviews and Ratings

Andrea Shapiro rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

A pretty ruby colour with glistening red hues. Cherry, leather, soft suede, and dark cocoa. Hints of red plum. Flavours reflect all of this with soft cedar and granite. Medium body, and tannins. Clean, crisp and light with fruity, juicy notes. Pair with beef carpaccio. 88 points - tasted September 2018
Melanie Lloyd - Certified Sommelier rated this wine as 87/100 with the following review:

Ripe blackcurrant and blueberry aromas with sweet spice, earthy notes, and dark chocolate. On the palate, it has dark berry flavours with chocolate and a kick of black pepper at the finish. It is a fuller bodied Chianti with smooth tannins.

Wine-Food Pairing: This Chianti has enough body to pair well with a juicy barbecued steak.
