A superb Niagara white wine made from the classic grape Riesling. Aromas of lime zest, lemongrass and chives. Ever so slight hint of natural fruit sweetness gives this wine an incredible range of flavours and versatility with food, from roast chicken to fresh seafood. It also makes for a lovely chilled aperitif by the deck or dock. Sip summer in a glass!

Riesling food pairings: lighter fare like fish, poultry and vegetarian dishes, spicier food, Chinese or Thai.

A fantastic cool climate Niagara Riesling. Exceptional value. Canned mandarin orange, limestone minerality, peach, clover honey. Well structured, well balanced. Medium body. Pairs well with Asian fusion, Thai curry. Tasted 2015 vintage in July 2017. 91 points. BespokeTastings
Monique Sosa - Accredited Sommelier rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

Delish summer sipper. So mouthwatering and easy drinking. Aromas and flavours show pronounced lemon zest, citrus blossom, petrol and wet stone minerality notes. An incredible value for a cool climate Ontario Reisling. enjoy this light refreshing Riesling with cilantro-lime marinated shrimp skewers. Tasted July 2017 by @sommsosa | bespoketastings.ca
Stephen Andrews reviewed this wine as follows:

Tasted July 2nd, 2017, During the "Sunday Sipper Club" at 6pm with guest Klaus Reif. Klaus is very proud of his Riesling, it has a good place in Niagara. Colour, medium straw, thin legs suggest low alcohol. This is a cool climate Riesling. Aromas, Niagara peaches, lime, lemon, tangerine. Taste, fruity orchard fruit, very light body, dry minus, mouthwatering, low alcohol. We drank the wine on its own before dinner because we wanted to concentrate on the flavour of the wine without distraction. It was easy to drink very refreshing and very Niagara Ontario. This wine pairs well with " fish, poultry, and lighter style pastas" It is best enjoyed with good friends.
A unique blend of 3 clones, 2 Germanic and 1 French Alsatian, giving our Riesling a distinct style and texture. Selected yeast strains are used for slow cool fermentation (12 degrees C) allowing maximum aromatic expression.
