Reviews and Ratings

Andrew rated this wine as 100/100
Jennifer Havers - WSET Level 3 rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

Aromas include tart cherry, raspberry, strawberry and some leathery, spicy notes. Medium bodied with some light tannins and some balancing acidity. Enjoy with dried salami and other assorted charcuterie.
Daniel O'Keefe rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

Vanilla bean, black pepper, and black cherry aromas. Bright acidity and round soft tannins, appearing more in the finish than on the palate. Ripe dark fruit lingers on the finish with mild cocoa and earthy notes. Perfect for sweet potato and balsamic onion pizza or grilled quail.
Carolyn Hetke rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

Deep cherry colour with a subtle nose of woodsy cherry. This is on the heavier end of the Pinot Noir profile with a vibrant palate of cherry and dried herbs. Chalky tannins dominate the finish. Nothing subtle about this wine but the nose! Serve with short ribs, prime rib or lamb. Tasted April 2019. www.thewineloverskitchen.com

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
