Reviews and Ratings

Melanie Lloyd - Certified Sommelier rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

This full bodied Chardonnay has lots of minerality as well as aromas of crisp green apples, stonefruit, subtle oak notes, and hints of vanilla and caramel. On the palate, it is rich and creamy and it has vibrant acidity with apple and lemon flavours and a long nutty finish.

Tasted November 2017
Craig Kuziemsky rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

Stone fruit, apple, and lemon notes with nice minerality and a buttery edge that binds all the flavors together. Full bodied with a long lingering finish. Tasted April 2018 and paired with roast chicken.
The Quails' Gate (2015) Chardonnay from wine grapes sourced from the Okanagan Valley in British Columbia is simply amazing. The wine is full-bodied, creamy rich, with light tropical, lemon custard and buttered toast flavours. So well-balanced and structured -- just can't get enough of this Chardonnay. Pair with roast quail. - Community Wine Reviews
