Stone fruit, apple, and lemon notes with nice minerality and a buttery edge that binds all the flavors together. Full bodied with a long lingering finish. Tasted April 2018 and paired with roast chicken.

This full bodied Chardonnay has lots of minerality as well as aromas of crisp green apples, stonefruit, subtle oak notes, and hints of vanilla and caramel. On the palate, it is rich and creamy and it has vibrant acidity with apple and lemon flavours and a long nutty finish.

Quails' Gate Chardonnay 2015, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia V.Q.A., Canada: Almost full-bodied with a mouth-filling richness. A creamy, rich BC Chardonnay. Round and supple with attractive white peach aromas and flavours. Pair with scallops with a sesame ginger dressing, spinach and pepper jack stuffed chicken, pasta with tomato sauce, pork tenderloin.
