A dry, full-bodied Sauvignon Blanc produced by Boekenhoutskloof. Fragrant with bright citrus, pear and tropical fruit aromas on the nose; vibrant on the palate with ripe pear, guava, passion fruit, fine herb and lime-lemon zest flavours. This vibrant white wine was produced in stainless-steel tank. Wine grapes are sourced from the Robertson, Stellenbosch and the West Coast winegrowing areas in South Africa. Boekenhoutskloof was established in 1776.

Sauvignon Blanc food pairings: grilled calamari, vegetarian dishes, seafood and grilled Portobello mushroom, chicken and sage skewers, fresh tomato and basil salad.

Reviews and Ratings

From the Western Cape wine region, Porcupine Ridge 2020 is a dry, full-bodied Sauvignon Blanc. The crested porcupine featured on the front label is a common sight in South African vineyards. Fermentation was in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks. Zesty on the nose with fragrant white florals, fresh apple, lime and greengage plum aromas; dry with tropical fruit, pineapple and gooseberry, lemongrass flavours smooth and balanced on the palate. - Community Wine Reviews
