Pazo das Bruxas (2016) is a zesty, dry and crisp Albarino from the Rias Baixas wine region and is produced by the Torres family. Look for ripe apples and Asian pear, almond and light herbal flavours on the palate. Pair with pan-fried trout.

Albariño food pairings: linguine with crab meat, Caesar salad topped with grilled shrimp, vegetarian quiche.

Reviews and Ratings

Wineboy rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

Coincidentally I drank some Albarino last night. Therefore I admit I am grading this a bit harshly against the one from my basement. Light citrus and pear fruit and VERY crisp to make this a beauty against seafood, or food dishes with an element of acidity themselves.
Pazo das Bruxas (2016) is a zesty, dry and made-for-seafood Albarino from the Rias Baixas wine region and produced by the Torres family. Pazo das Bruxas takes its name from Galician folk and land of immense forests inhabited by mystic and magical beings. Look for ripe apples and Asian pear, almond and light herbals on this zesty white. Pair with grilled seafood. - Community Wine Reviews
