Cool climate viticulture from the North Island shows through in this zesty Pinot Grigio. Bone-dry with lime lift through the mid-palate. Good mouth-watering acidity for seafood or an aperitif. Zippy and refreshing with aromas of lime and grapefruit. Ends on an up note of lime and lemon zest and springtime energy.

Pinot Grigio food pairings: grilled lake fish, garden salad, shellfish, chicken cacciatore, spaghetti.

Reliable quality from this Hawkes Bay, N.Z. Pinot Grigio. Crisp and extra-dry with fresh white tree fruit and just right citrus aromas and flavours. Very versatile with seafood, Asian cuisine or for just sipping
Tasted Nov. 2017.

Celeste rated this wine as 56/100 with the following review:

Sour in a fruity way not a smoky way. I taste green apple mainly, their Chardonnay is much better
Hawkes Bay (2016) Pinot Grigio from New Zealand's North Island is bone dry, zesty with lime, lemon and white grapefruit flavours. Fantastic food wine. Pair with seafood. - Community Wine Reviews
