Cool climate viticulture from the North Island shows through in this zesty Pinot Grigio. Bone-dry with lime lift through the mid-palate. Good mouth-watering acidity for seafood or an aperitif. Zippy and refreshing with aromas of lime and grapefruit. Ends on an up note of lime and lemon zest and springtime energy.

Pinot Grigio food pairings: grilled lake fish, garden salad, shellfish, chicken cacciatore, spaghetti.

Reviews and Ratings

Craig Kuziemsky rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

Aromas of stone fruit with white peach, lemon and honey notes on the palate. Nice acidity and a crisp clean finish. Reviewed Dec 2016 and paired with seafood curry.
This is a reasonably-priced Pinot Grigio from New Zealand's North Island. The wine is citrus with fresh-cut hay drying in the summer sun on the nose and is bone-dry with zippy acidity, floral notes, white peach and nectarine lingering on the finish -- just a zesty summertime wine. - Community Wine Reviews
