Greetings from brioche, toast, lemon and green apple are presented to the nose. The mouth is presented with toasty, praline and lemon flavours on this easy-to-drink blush pink sparkling New Zealand offering. As with many medium-high acidity sparklers, you will find this food friendly and versatile, permitting a variety of food pairings. Tasted May 2016, by @Aiki_zen
