Appearance very pale pink and brilliant
Aromas of citrus and cranberry and red apple with a mild toastiness
The citrus and cranberry repeats on the palate and
Crisp and mouthwatering

Great value and every day should have bubbles.
Nicole Lewis rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

Surprising yeasty qualities on the nose considering that this was produced by the Charmat method. Greetings from brioche, toast, lemon and green apple are presented to the nose. The mouth is presented with toasty, praline and lemon flavours on this easy-to-drink blush pink sparkling New Zealand offering. As with many medium-high acidity sparklers, you will find this food friendly and versatile, permitting a variety of food pairings.

Stock up for the holidays as a hostess gift! A festive pink bubbly that boasts aromas of apricot and tangerine. Would pair perfectly as an evening starter with cheese and puff pastries, or as an evening finale with whipped cream desserts.

Natalie's Review

Oyster Bay Cuvée Rosé Sparkling Wine, New Zealand: A lovely, toasty bubbly at an exceptionally great price! The chardonnay grapes in this blend come from Hawkes Bay region, while pinot noir grapes hail from Marlborough. Lovely persistence of flavours and bubbles. Crisp, clean finish. A solid value for a sparkling wine: crisp, clean and fresh. Try with fried fish, potato chips, roast turkey and New Year's resolutions. Stock up now for the holidays!
