Rachelle O'Connor rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

A full bodied South African red that is not shy in the flavor department. It 100% Shiraz with lots of black fruit - cherry, blackberry, raspberry, supplemented with layers of spiciness - cracked pepper, savory herbs, ground cloves and substantial oak. Great value here! Perfect with rosemary crusted racks of lamb!
From the Western Cape wine region this Cabernet Sauvignon from Nederburg The Manor House (2014) is robust with blackberry, dried herbs, mocha and anise spice. Good acidity and firm tannins on this Cab, and at 14.7% abv, the wine is warming. The wine could benefit from a little time in cellar - about three years - Community Wine Review
