From the Maipo Valley, a full-bodied, well-priced Chilean Cabernet Sauvignon from the Maipo Valley matured 13 months in oak barrels prior to bottling. Fun and juicy with dark plum, black cherry, blackberry, earthy and meaty with a flinty, vibrant finish. Pair with grilled game sausages.

Cabernet Sauvignon food pairings: rare roast beef, grilled pork chops, blue cheeses.

Reviews and Ratings

Christian Marcoux rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

The Montgras Antu 2017 is an attractive wine from the Maipo Valley in Chile. Made mainly from Cabernet Sauvignon, this wine shows aromas of blackberry, black currant, black pepper, clay dust, mocha and leather. Full-bodied, the wine offers a warm coating, a delightful balance and a long and silky finish. Palate: blackberry, black plum, dried herbs, graphite, cocoa, vanilla and oak. Delicious wine. Enjoy!
MontGras Antu 2017 Cabernet Sauvignon is a full-bodied toasty red made from sustainably-grown wine grapes for the Maipo Valley wine region. Perfumed with ripe blackberry, plum and cassis and toasty oak aromas n the nose, big and juicy with dark plum, black cherry, strawberry jam, leather, mushrooms, cedar spice and stony mineral flavours on the palate. - Community Wine Reviews
