A vibrant, full-bodied pinot noir with fleshy ripe cherry and berry aromas. Its juicy and generous but balanced with some terrific acidity for planked salmon or roast chicken. Montes is a flagship producer for Chile, and their wines are always incredibly well priced in relation to their superb quality and taste. Try and see for yourself.

Pinot Noir food pairings: planked salmon, roast chicken, pork tenderloin, pizza, beef.

Reviews and Ratings

Mary Anne van Gaal rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

This is a lively, ruby coloured Pinot Noir from a premium winemaker. Aromas of strawberry, violet and light smoke are followed by juicy cherry, plum and cocoa on the palate. Medium tannins and a smooth finish. It was great paired with a wood burning oven veggie pizza. Tasted April 13,2017.
