Chocolate and mocha on the nose from the oak with lusciously ripe black cherries. Silky-smooth and full-bodied with mouth-watering acidity for food. Very nice indeed.

Pinot Noir food pairings: steaks, chops.

Reviews and Ratings

Andrea Czarnecki rated this wine as 92/100 with the following review:

With a richness of black cherries, chocolate and hints of peppery spice in combination with its noticeably robust presence in my mouth, this pinot was a dazzling experience for my palate. It presented an unexpectedly full body with well-balanced, smooth tannins. It was such a showstopper, I couldn't resist a second glass.....(can't promise there was not also a third!) On a scale out of 100, I give this wine a score of 92.
Gary rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

Very nice full bodied Pinot.
Adrienne rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

Lots and lots of fruit, but still very enjoyable. Full bodied with cherry & strawberry on the nose
With youthful energy working in its favor, this somewhat restrained but attractive effort will fill the bill for a medium-bodied Pinot Noir geared to current drinking. It is a bit fleshy in feel and favors “cherry pie” simplicity without giving itself over to excess and will be useful now and for the next two to four years.
