Love the lime zest and minerality in this lovely Niagara Riesling. Pair it with fresh seafood and peering at your image in a reflecting pool. Riesling is a grape that reflects the terroir and place where it's cultivated, thus the wine's name and mirror image on the label.

Riesling food pairings: roast chicken, spicy pasta dishes, shrimp tempura, grilled salmon.

Reviews and Ratings

Matt Steeves - Certified Sommelier rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

Pale straw gold in colour, the nose shows peach, wild flower honey, and a slight petrol note. Tart orchard fruit greets the palate with a laser like streak of acid that makes this wine ideal for enjoying with rich autumn dishes. Butternut squash soup, German sausages or Schnitzel. Tasted July 2016. 88 points. Matt Steeves - www.quercusvino.ca
The Riesling grapes for this Niagara white wine are grown in the winery's Edra's Vineyard. Lovely zesty white pear notes. Match it with seared scallops for extra pleasure and narcissism. - Community Wine Reviews

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
