Cabernet Franc food pairings: grilled veal Porterhouse, duck confit, beef sliders.

Reviews and Ratings

Megalomaniac Frank Cabernet is a tip of the hat to the to those who just look forward to a fine glass of Cabernet Franc at the end of the work day. They will not be disappointed with this fresh and youthful, medium-bodied Cab Franc from the Niagara Peninsula wine region. Look for fresh raspberry, red currant, pomegranate, red plum flavours savoury and silky on the palate and matched with fresh acidity for food. Pair with grilled pork chops. - Community Wine Reviews
