From the Mâcon Uchizy, Burgundy wine region, Mallory & Benjamin Talmard 2022 Chardonnay is dry, medium-bodied and fragrant with honeysuckle, and on the palate it is fresh and silky with white florals, fresh apple, citrus zest, subtle spicy and briny mineral notes. Grapes for this vintage were sourced from vines 40-plus years of age and the wine saw elevage in stainless steel tanks.

Food pairings: stuffed roast chicken, linguini with clams and fennel, grilled fish, lobster in butter sauce.

Mallory & Benjamin Talmard 2022 Chardonnay is dry, medium-bodied and fragrant Mâcon Uchizy Chard from the Burgundy wine region, fresh with ripe stone fruit, buttered toast, honeysuckle and citrusy flavours soft, creamy and generous on the palate.
