A full-bodied, dry Chardonnay from the Maconnais wine region in the Old World style. Lovely aromatics of ripe stone fruit and brioche, zesty and mouth filling on the palate with ripe pear, crunchy apple and lemon curd flavours on the palate. Pair with halibut steak.

Food pairings: stuffed roast chicken, linguini with clams and fennel, grilled fish, lobster in butter sauce.

Reviews and Ratings

From the Burgundy wine region, Mallory & Benjamin Talmard is a bright Chardonnay with green apple crunch, vibrant acidity and mineral flavours on the palate. The wine grapes are harvested from the southern end of Burgundy. The Talmard name is recorded in viticultural documents going all the way back to the seventeenth century. - Community Wine Reviews

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
