Reviews and Ratings

Matt Steeves - Certified Sommelier rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

Sweet vanilla and rich stewed fruit on the nose and palate. Rich and balanced, this is a super star of a wine for any social gathering. Guaranteed to be a hit, this is a buy by the case wine. Great on its own, it's also great when paired with BBQ fare and hearty winter meals. Enjoy now with good company. Tasted January 2017. 90 points. Matt Steeves - www.mattswinepicks.com
Lander-Jenkins (2014) Cabernet Sauvignon is full-bodied, blackfruit and blackberry with chocolate and espresso notes from oak treatment. Winemaker Morgan Zaninovich is the third generation of his family to make wine in California. This Californian Cabernet is made from grapes that are sustainably farmed in North Coast, Monterey County and Central Valley vineyards. This wine is certified by California Sustainable Winegrowing for eco-friendly practices, including "owl boxes" placed in the vineyard to encourage owls and hawks to act as natural deterrent to the vineyard and its grapes. - Community Wine Reviews
