Reviews and Ratings

Matt Steeves - Certified Sommelier rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

As soon as you pour a glass and take a sip you'll understand why this has been the number one selling Chardonnay in America for 30+ years.

Golden yellow, this barrel-fermented Chardonnay shows all the ripe orchard fruit, tropical fruit and sweet spice characteristics you would expect in a rich, refreshing, full-bodied California Chardonnay. The palate is creamy with baked apple, peach cobbler, and refreshing grilled pineapple on the finish. Enjoy with grilled pineapple BBQ chicken skewers, pan-fried fish with mango chutney, hearty Autumn soups and roasted poultry, or simply on its own. Tasted May 2023. 90 points. Unquenchable by Natalie MacLean

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a feisty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
