Love this shiraz with aromas of juicy blueberry, blackberry and smoke. Supple, smooth and full-bodied. Delicious. Perfect for hamburgers, pizza and steak. The grapes for this wine are grown in vineyards at an elevation of 480 metres above sea level which imparts great elegance and balance.

Shiraz food pairings: prime rib roast with rosemary and garlic, hamburgers stuffed with feta cheese, roasted vegetable stew.

This is a gorgeous Clare Valley Shiraz featuring loads of cassis, plum and black raspberry flavours along with cool mint and fresh and dried herb notes. You can age at least a decade. 91 Points.
Jennifer Havers - WSET Level 3 rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

Flavourful and robust. Aromas of blueberries, violets, black pepper and smoke. Full bodied and smooth on the palate, with lots of dark fruit and a hint of spice on the finish. Enjoy with roast beef or a roasted leg of lamb.
