Nose shows fresh fresh cut grass/snap pea, asparagus, lemon, goose berry, palette is fresh but with non-bracing acidity, lush. New world nose, old world palette. Pair with shellfish.
This French white wine from Sancerre in the Loire Valley is made from Sauvignon Blanc grapes. Good acidity for halibut or sole. Lots of lemon zest and minerality on the finish. - Community Wine Reviews
