Reviews and Ratings

Jenny Ratcliffe-Wright CWM rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

A leaner style of bubbly that is fresh on the palate. It opens with a delicate persistent mousse, then leads to fresh apple, and zesty lemony tones. The wine spent 2 years on the lees to add complexity and weight to the palate. Try with salmon ceviche with chopped herbs and a hint of fresh chili @wrightwineblog
Jackson-Triggs' Entourage 2015 is an elegant, Brut-dry Grand Reserve Sparkler made in the traditional method as Champagne. Great quality for the price on this refreshing bubble blend of 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay wine grapes with crunchy green apple, leesy, toasty flavours and a classic persistent mousse. Chill and pair it with fresh-steamed lobster, crab, shrimp, oysters and grilled calamari seafood platter. - Community Wine Reviews
