Dry and fruit forward with layers of dark cherry, blueberry, dark plum, espresso coffee, deli meats, cinnamon, anise and pepper spice concentrated and smooth on the palate. Reviews and Ratings

A very smooth and well-balanced Syrah from J. Lohr's South Ridge. Full-bodied with toasty oak and showing ripe strawberry jam, blackberry, white pepper and leather flavours with good acidity to fruit balance. Should be enjoyed over the next two three years and should be decanted before enjoying. Pair with roast lamb or any grilled meat. - Community Wine Reviews
