Ivory & Burt 2019 Zinfandel is produced from sustainably grown Old Vine grapes from the Lodi wine region in California. Juicy and concentrated on the palate with ripe dark fruits, red berry, fine herbs, pepper, baking and toasty oak spice flavours smoky and savoury with a lingering vanilla kiss on the finish. Very nicely done and excellent value at $20. This vintage was awarded Double Gold at the 2022 New York International Wine Competition.

Zinfandel food pairings: gourmet burgers, meat lover's pizza topped with more steak, grilled sausages.
