Petrol lemon awesome. How do they get so much flavour with so much alcohol? Okay I know the answer but still. Pair with fresh seafood. Lip-smacking delicious!

Riesling food pairings: roast chicken, grilled salmon with lemon sauce, feta cheese, baby greens salad with fig dressing.

Reviews and Ratings

Jane Staples - Certified Sommelier rated this wine as 91/100 with the following review:

Here's a great example of Ontario Riesling. Shows citrus, tree fruit and lanolin on the nose, repeated on the crisp, dry palate with linear acidity and satiny texture.
Tasted June 2016
Monique Sosa - Accredited Sommelier rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

Holy Yum! Gloriously pronounced notes of lime zest, lemon curd, apricot, petrol minerality and honey trap your senses, leaving you calling for more. This dry Riesling shows mouthwatering acidity and a crisp clean finish. Enjoy this light-bodied Ontario beauty with seared lemon garlic scallops. Tasted Oct 2016. @sommsosa | bespoketastings.ca
Crunchy green apple, pink grapefruit and lime zest on the palate followed through with a fruity minerality finish on this Niagara Riesling. There is a zesty acidity to match this fruit and residual 14 grams of sugar and the wine really comes together on the palate. Serve chilled and often on its own by the lake, or as a summer sipper with some smoked trout and a baguette. - Community Wine Reviews
