Petrol lemon awesome. How do they get so much flavour with so much alcohol? Okay I know the answer but still. Pair with fresh seafood. Lip-smacking delicious!

Riesling food pairings: roast chicken, grilled salmon with lemon sauce, feta cheese, baby greens salad with fig dressing.

Reviews and Ratings

Jane Staples - Certified Sommelier rated this wine as 91/100 with the following review:

Delicate ripe peach, lemon, white florals and balanced mineral elements on nose and palate, with juicy acidity. Bursting with flavour! One of my favourite Ontario Rieslings. It's also vegan-friendly and certified organic.
Tasted April 2018
Hidden Bench Estate 2016 Riesling is vegan-friendly and certified organic by Pro-Cert. The winemaker uses a light touch in the winemaking including geothermal cooling and heating and the use of natural yeasts. - Community Wine Reviews
