A spectacular BC white wine made from Trebbiano grapes grown on 50-year-old vines. This Old Vines Block 16 is planted on the Golden Mile Bench. Aromas of honeysuckle, peach and pear. Lovely and medium-bodied. Pair with roast chicken.

Reviews and Ratings

Jane Staples - Certified Sommelier rated this wine as 92/100 with the following review:

Easily the best Trebbiano I’ve ever tasted, with ripe and luscious notes of papaya, grapefruit, melon and green herbs. Crafted from old vine grapes(50 years), the only Trebbiano vines in B.C.’s Okanagan Valley. Made in an unoaked, dry style, this delicious white wine will complement freshly-shucked oysters or a smoked salmon sandwich. Buy 2 bottles at least, as you will definitely want to enjoy this more than once or give as a gift.

Deborah Podurgiel WSET IV Candidate - Certified Sommelier rated this wine as 91/100 with the following review:

Produced from 50 year old Trebbiano grape vines. Old Vines Block 16 Trebbiano 2018 is elegant with the finesse and poise of a great white wine from the Golden Mile Bench. Zesty on the nose with fresh orchard fruit, lime-lemon zest, grassy and guava aromas on the nose. On the palate, it is rich with tropical fruit, lemon curd flavours and a vibrant citrus finish that is balanced with just a hint of sweetness. This vintage was awarded Silver at the 2019 LA International Wine Competition.
