Hess Collection 2015 is smooth, soft, rounded and ready to drink now. This North Coast, California Cabernet Sauvignon is full-bodied and blended with 11% Petit Sirah giving it an earthy, ripe dark plum and mocha nose with more plushy plum, dark fruit, sweet cake spice and savoury herbs on the palate with a sweetly dark chocolate and velvety finish. Pair with gourmet burgers from the grill.

Cabernet Sauvignon food pairings: Asian chicken salad, pork tenderloin, hodge-podge, grilled burgers.

Another delicious Cabernet Sauvignon with 11% Petit Sirah from the Hess Collection Select 2015. On the nose, this wine is ripe and plushy with mocha and dark ripe plums, full-bodied and spicy with blackberry ripe black currant and dark plum flavours finishing velvety with sweet cake spice on the palate. Pair with rib roast done rare. - Community Wine Reviews
