Natalie's Score: 87/100

This rosé is the newest addition to Flat Rock's Twisted portfolio: a vibrant neon red, rather than pink, in the glass. The wine offers aromas of sweet fleshy strawberries and raspberry jam and jelly. Smooth, medium-bodied and mouth-watering. Pair with finger foods and cold chicken sandwiches, preferably sitting near a lake.

Rosé food pairings: poached salmon fillet, vegetarian dishes.

Reviews and Ratings

Courtney Flood rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

Love this rose! A intense clear ruby colour, with bright fruity aromas of pomegranate, cherry, and raspberry with a touch of white pepper. Intense fresh strawberry flavour, bright acidity, and just a hint of pepperiness on the finish. Perfect for grilled pork, salmon or tofu.
The 2014 Twisted Rosé from Flat Rock Cellars is the first vintage for this wine. It's an unusual blend of Syrah and Pinot Noir grapes. Pair with pink foods like lobster and clams. - Community Wine Reviews
