Flat Rock Pink Twisted 2020 is a pretty, bright Rosé produced in the saignée method and fragrant with pink florals and bright cherry aromas. On the palate the wine is off-dry, medium-bodied and zesty with ripe red cherry, raspberry, plum, citrus zest and fine dried herbs. Produced from sustainably-grown Riesling, Gewurztraminer and Gamay wine grapes from the Niagara Peninsula wine region.

Rosé food pairings: poached salmon fillet, vegetarian dishes, Spring green salads topped with steamed freshwater shrimp.

Reviews and Ratings

Jennifer Havers - WSET Level 3 rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

Summer is coming and this wine will be perfect to accompany your summer BBQ's, picnics, and get togethers. Aromas of field strawberry, lime and orange. Medium bodied, bright acidity, lovely vibrant citrus notes, and a great balance of smooth texture and a hint of vibrant fruit. Lovely, lots of flavour, well balanced, and perfect for fun summer days. Enjoy with calamari with lemon or smoked salmon.
