Try this medium-bodied Pinot Gris as an aperitif and pair with light-bodied cheeses or to accompany a variety of seafood canapes, it comes alive in the glass. This estate-bottled Pinot Gris is a balance of fresh white peach and pear, lemon and light fresh herbs with a zesty acidity. A lovely, fresh, well-made Pinot Gris from the Niagara Peninsula. Chill and enjoy now.

Pinot Gris food pairings: mixed grain salad, grilled chicken and veggies.

Reviews and Ratings

Jennifer Havers - WSET Level 3 rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

Very flavourful! Aromas of pear, peach, white pepper and lemon zest. Medium bodied, smooth and luscious on the palate. Medium+ acidity, lots of lemon on the palate and a hint of spice on the finish. Enjoy with goat cheese, or shrimp pasta in cream sauce.
From the Niagara Peninsula wine region, Fielding 2017 is an estate-bottled Pinot Gris with fresh lime, lemon and clean mineral note aromas. Refreshing on the palate with honeydew melon, ripe apple, pear, citrus zest and spicy flavours on the palate. Chill and enjoy now with a creamy seafood pasta dish. - Community Wine Reviews
