Refreshing and crisp Niagara white wine with aromas of lime, white melon and grapefruit. This is no boring Pinot Gris, it comes alive in the glass. Try it as an aperitif or companion to seafood. This estate bottled Pinot Gris offers lots of vim and vigour in the glass. Lots of acidity for food, especially shellfish.

Pinot Gris food pairings: mixed grain salad, grilled chicken and veggies.

Reviews and Ratings

Heather Wall - CS; WSET Advanced rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

Lovely essences of Niagara tree fruit and blossoms in this fresh Pinot Gris from the Niagara Peninsula. Not your ordinary Pinot Gris as it has texture and some complexity - not watery. Bright acidity with a lift of minerality makes this a perfect patio sipper. A touch of honeyed sweetness on the delicate finish. Very nice!
Makes a perfect salad wine or grilled white fish with lots of lemon and fresh herbs.
Tasted: May 2016
Monique Sosa - Accredited Sommelier rated this wine as 87/100 with the following review:

The nose is moderate trending mild. The palate is delightful with rich orchard fruit (white peach, yellow apple) and citrus peel (grapefruit) with a touch of baking spice and pickled ginger on the finish. A nice patio sipper that pairs well with salads or canapés. Tasted May 2016
This estate bottled Niagara Pinot Gris offers solid value for the money. Notes of white peach and pear with balanced acidity. Good aperitif. - Community Wine Reviews
