Wow! This is a Grenache-based, mouth-watering, racy Tavel from the Rhone wine region. Dry but so juicy with vibrant red currant, raspberry and wild dried herb flavours on the palate. Chill enjoy with ham sandwiches or turkey burgers.

Tavel Rosé food pairings: grilled chicken breast stuffed with ham and cheese, flattened Cornish hen with savoury dressing.

Reviews and Ratings

Jennifer Havers - WSET Level 3 rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

This is a powerhouse rosé! Grenache based, fromTavel, this wine has a bubblegum pink hue, and aromas of raspberry, orange zest, currant and a slightly herbal note. Medium bodied, fruit forward on the palate, and a slightly spicy, herbaceous finish. Enjoy with pork tenderloin.
From the Rhône wine region, Domaine Maby's La Forcadière 2018 rosé is a dry and full-bodied Syrah, Grenache, Grenache Blanc and Cinsault rosé wine blend, a mouth-watering, racy Tavel with bright red berry, plum and savoury herb flavours on the palate. Pair with turkey dinner. - Community Wine Reviews
