Domaine Du Grapillon D'or 2018 is produced from hand-harvested Grenache and Syrah wine grapes from the Gigondas wine region sourced from old and youthful vines. Fragrant with bright red berry, raspberry, dark cherry and licorice aromas on the nose, this is a dry, full-bodied silky wine with layers of raspberry, cherry, pepper and toasty oak spice flavours vibrant on the palate.

Food pairings: prime rib, hearty meat stews, pork tenderloin.

Domaine Du Grapillon D'or 2018 is an 80% Grenache and 20% Syrah red wine blend from the Gigondas wine region sourced from both old and youthful vines. Fragrant with dark cherry, raspberry and anise spice aromas with layers of flavour creamy, vibrant and finishes long with cracked black pepper and toasty oak spice. The wine was matured in French oak barrels for 14 months. Tannins are rich and velvety. Drink or hold. - Community Wine Reviews
