Ultra-dry Old World unoaked Chardonnay with mouth-watering acidity. Lime lift. Perfect foil for shellfish. Clean, crisp and refreshing. No oak. Intense minerality with a bright core of refreshment running through the heart of this zesty white wine. Finishes freshly with green apple. Try it with shellfish.

Chablis food pairings: green salads topped with grilled prawns, lobster in butter sauce, beef bourguignon, cheese, poultry.

Reviews and Ratings

Matt Steeves - Certified Sommelier rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

2014 vintage: Domaine Chevallier's 100% Chardonnay shows ripe apple, pineapple, and baked bread notes. 100% stainless steel fermented to preserve the crisp pure fruit characteristics. Crips, bone dry, with baked bread and pear on the finish. Tasted January 2015. 88 points. Matt Steeves - www.quercusvino.ca
This Burgundian Chardonnay opens with lime and green apple which persist through to the finish. Nice price. - Community Wine Reviews

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
