Reviews and Ratings

Daniel O'Keefe rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

Slight flint over butter with plenty of typical apple and lemon aromas. Crisp, dry, racy acidity, and floral as it warms and breathes. A nice balance of terroir and varietal character, and supremely food friendly as good Chablis always is. A nice match for steamed clams, grilled chicken, and goat cheeses.
Linda Mertes WSET 2 rated this wine as 86/100 with the following review:

An extra dry, light-bodied Sauvignon Blanc that has green aromas of grass and herbs. Stone fruit on the palate with a very dry finish. Pair with seafood and salads.
Produced by Domaine Chevallier, Chevallier 2018 Chablis is a classic Old-World Chablis with Intense mineral, crunchy green apple and liquid lime and lemon flavours, silky and plushy on the palate. Pair with spring salads or fresh-steamed seafood dishes. - Community Wine Reviews
