Reviews and Ratings

Jane Staples - Certified Sommelier rated this wine as 92/100 with the following review:

Crafted from hand-picked grapes, resulting in purity of fruit flavours. Shows tropical fruit & gooseberry nose with tart gooseberry, white asparagus and citrus palate. Excellent acidity dances on the palate. Enjoy with Chicken Alfredo.

South Island Dog Point 2017 is a grassy, zesty, smoky and flinty Sauvignon Blanc from South Island, New Zealand. Lots going on here including great acidity for food. Drink now and pair with freshly grilled seafood. - Community Wine Reviews
