From the Golden Mile Bench, Okanagan Valley wine region in British Columbia, Culmina Cabernet Sauvignon is deep, dark red in the glass, fragrant with cinnamon, clove, blackberry, dark chocolate and cedar spice aromas; dry, full-bodied and smooth with ripe blackberry, cassis, dark chocolate, cedar brush and toasty oak spice flavours elegant and long on the finish. Pour with roast beef dinner. Drink or hold.

Cabernet Sauvignon food pairings: roast beef, venison stew, grilled game sausages.

Reviews and Ratings

Matt Steeves - Certified Sommelier rated this wine as 92/100 with the following review:

From the Okanagan's Golden Mile Bench, Culmina's Cabernet Sauvignon shows fleshy black fruits, blackcurrant, black cherry, plum, fig, and Black Sage. Full bodied and richly textured, the layers of dark fruits, brandied cherries, and sweet spices persist on the long finish. Enjoy 2020-2026. Tasted August 2020. 92 points.
