Crisp and refreshing Niagara Sauvignon Blanc that leans more to the lime-citrus style than grassy-herbal. Mouth-watering and fresh. Perfect for seafood or shellfish.

Sauvignon Blanc food pairings: cedar plank grilled salmon, goat cheese and beet salad, mussels steamed in white wine sauce.

Reviews and Ratings

Trevor Sabourin - Certified Sommelier rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

Intriguing aromas. Very herbaceous, with green bell pepper, spruce needles, and fresh grass balanced nicely by gooseberry, honeydew melon, under-ripe pineapple, and green pear. Vibrant, mouth-watering acidity, with lots of grapefruit and green apple on the palate, underscored by more green bell pepper and spruce needle, and a touch of white pepper. Light bodied and very refreshing.
Shelley Harris rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

A light-bodied white with grassy aromas and citrusy and grapefruit tastes. This wine would complement a main dish of baked salmon, slathered with a basil garlic pesto.
Andrea Shapiro rated this wine as 87/100 with the following review:

Pale lemon colour with green reflections. Peach, lemongrass, gooseberry, hay, clover and a hint of honeysuckle and tarter sauce. Pretty smooth on the palate with the medium plus acidity. Loads of citrus! Medium body and finish. Nice crispness. Well done, Creekside. 87 points
