Crisp, clean and refreshing Niagara Sauvignon Blanc that leans more to the lime-citrus style than grassy-herbal. Mouth-watering and fresh. Perfect for seafood or shellfish.

Sauvignon Blanc food pairings: cedar plank grilled salmon, goat cheese and beet salad, mussels steamed in white wine sauce.

Reviews and Ratings

Greg Hughes rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

Dry, crisp, refreshing, this Sauv Blanc is a good choice for a clean-cut summer wine. Niagara Sauv can behave very differently depemding on how it is made. Basically, pick your producer. Creekside's style tends to be tropical, but layered with a ton of herbaceousness and a starfruit/melon quality.
It's pale lemon-green, and with very satisfying tropical fruit on the aromas.
Juicy fruit and lots of acidity. Citrus and melon. This would be a lovely wine for whitefish and sorrel or a cobb salad.
